A merchant navy 'Anchor Line' Medical Certificate, conforming to Board of Trade requirements, for annual renewal of medical examination for youths serving at sea under the age of 18 years. The certificate shows Kenneth Button age 18 had been medically examined and found fit on 2nd March 1934 by R S Thomas Surgeon. A footnote has signature for re-examination on 9 June 1934 and Found Fit signed by k Digby Bell Surgeon.
