Hugh Ferguson (starter) playing from the 1st Tee in the Spring Medal, lost his grip of his driver which flew into the adjoining car park breaking the rear window of Stewart Wilson's car. 6th April 1996 The cartoon has the inscription 'I say Hugh its only the Spring Medal - not the Dornoch Games'
