Iron ball for six pounder cannon, found about 2 feet down during landscaping work at Embo in 2002. Possibly used by Sutherland Artillery, formed in 1860 in case of French invasion. They may have had a unit based at Dornoch or Embo. The cannon ball has a remarkably smooth surface apart from a minor hole (see bottom right)
