Freedom of Burgh Daniel William Kemp JP

Parchment certificate conferring Freedom of the Royal Burgh of Dornoch to Daniel William Kemp, JP, Trinity, Edinburgh, 28th April 1890. Includes complete burgh seal on ribbon. Signed by Hector Mackay Town Clerk. In original black leather folder with gold lettering and green, blue and black tartan ribbons. The ribbons are badly worn and one is detached.
