A new Fibre Fest banner
The ladies of the Dornoch Spinning, Knitting and Sewing (SKAS) group were unable to hold their winter months’ weekly meetings during the Covid-19 restrictions of 2020 and 2021. To provide a spur to keep their hands active during their solitary existence, it was decided SKAS members should produce letter panels for a banner to be displayed at the 2022 Fibre Fest in the Dornoch Social Club. Fortunately, with the easing of the restrictions during 2022 the group managed to join their individual panels in time for the event.
