Seventh of a Miss Lyon collection of seven photographs: A small head-and-shoulders photograph of an elderly lady wearing glasses, a white frilled bonnet, and vertically pleated dress. The photograph is mounted on card with photographers detail overwritten with handwritten ‘From Mother’ (partial photographers detail shows a location of 29 Barrack St. Bridport. The reverse provides the photographer’s name H H Hill and there is an overwritten message “The gift is small but the love is large wishing my dear daughter many happy returns on her birthday”.
