The property was formerly a Butcher's shop. One respondent was named. No objections were received and the warrant was granted.

The granting of this petition ultimately led to my coming to live in Dornoch. My grandfather Alfred Mitchell opened Frazers of Perth on this site once the extension was completed and lived there with his family for probably a year.
