Dean of Guild Court Dornoch Petition dated 23rd January 1939. This folded document relates to a the petition of Captain Booker Milburn (or Millburn: spelling is inconsistent between petition and enclosure) of Allt a Mhuillin for a warrant to to erect a coal house. The document includes a plan of the proposed coal house. One respondent in named but the forms have not been fully completed. There is however an annotation to the fore page in pale rose pencil indicating that the said respondent (Major R.D. Johnston of "Bishopcote") had no objections.
