A series of varied metal detector finds by John Webb in the area of Skelbo Castle. A collection of nine metal buttons of various size, some with loop attachment and one broken. The centre button of the group has discernible markings, a crown above laurel wreath surrounding a thistle surmounted by the number 3 or 5, with letters L, left, C right and V foot of the button.
