Listing of sheep "On the hill 19th Sept 1953" written on small, letter headed paper bearing "Tel: Whiteface 28" diagonally printed at top left and the address "Overskibo, Dornoch, Sutherland" at top right". The top listing shows the age and numbers of sheep, including " 1 1yr old missing since found with Hugh Matheson", totalling 203. Beneath this there is a record of 193 sheep dppped on 10th Oct 53, 1 death, total 194 and 9 missing. There is a footnote "The 2 Gimmers on Overskibo were taken off the hill when we took in the Tups and were not part of the 203 Ewes sorted on the 19th Sept." [Gimmers and Ewes who have not had lambs]. The document was folded, two horizontal folds and one verticle and contained to leaves of pressed clover.
