A stout wooden policeman's truncheon 53 cm long and 4 cm diameter a the thickest end. The handle has a turned grooved grip with a pommel end. As acquired the wood is in a dry condition but could have been polished when in service.
Object has been treated for woodworm and stored accordingly.
