Copy of a single page letter dated 17 January 1964 from Inspector D Fraser, referring to a letter from the County Architect requesting details and any structural defects in police property and the various reports submitted to him. It states that officers-in-charge of police stations will submit a fresh report on the appropriate form for onward transmission to the County Architect, reports to be addressed to the Chief Constable, Police Headquarter, Dingwall and should be submitted as soon as possible. It is annotated 'Replied 20/1/64' with John Jappy's initials.
