Copy of a Bill of Fare in 1896 from an unknown book. The heading identifies the shop as a Family Grocers, Draper and General Merchant, Ironmongery, Seeds and Drugs. It describes some of the goods supplied as cheese, sugar spice, butter, bread, hams, syrups, treacle, soap, candles, paraffin, oil, brushes, tinned meats and preserved fruits of the finest quality. The document then goes on to describe his granddaughters memories of J A Polson.
