Following his talk to the Dornoch Heritage Society on 20 April 2017, Dr Sinclair kindly provided Historylinks Museum with a large collection of his photographs, not only of the local area but extending to cover Sutherland, Caithness, the Highlands and Islands and the Borders. The first set of photographs show buses in and around Dornoch, the first being that used for the talk poster, showing two buses parked in Dornoch Square outside the Jail building. The more modern bus on the left bears the number 16 en route to Inverness. That on the right is a K99 with only three months left in service before its withdrawal in May 1966.
