Six young ladies sitting on a river bank

Monochrome group photograph, from the Grant family albums, showing six young ladies sitting on the bank of a wide river. In the background the river appears to be bending to the left, with an imposing bridge of which three arches are visible. The left most arch appears larger than the other two indicating that here may have been two further arches to its left. The ladies appear to be having a refreshment break, with the lady nearest the camera resting a biscuit box on her knees.
