Copper alloy cup weight from a set of nested weights; this example has a fleur-de-lis tamped an the bottom (the troy ounce standard for precious metal) and is likely therefore to have come from a set made in Nuremberg. Similar finds have been made in many east coast burghs, in particular Fortrose. Weight 12.7g [Grid Ref: NH 71655 89365]
