An article by Alan Hendry, published in a Scottish Provincial Press supplement with the title 'Burnt at the stake for doing the devil's work'. The article presents an account of the burning at the stake of Janet Horne, accused of witchcraft, in Dornoch in 1727. It records "Dornoch's excellent museum Historylinks has a small display devoted to the case and provides a summary of the key details." A copy of Historylink's artwork accompanies the article, with a photograph taken at the site of the commemorative stone, with the rear of the stone in the foreground and, looking south, in the background the Struie Golf Course of the Royal Dornoch Golf Club
