Extract from the Northern Times of 21 February 2014 reporting the first WorldHost training session for Dornoch Businesses organised by the Dornoch Area Community Interest Company (DACIC). The ten delegates on the course were from the Royal Dornoch Golf Club, Budding Genius, the Eagle Hotel and the Castle Hotel and the training focused on understanding what influences the customer's purchasing decision and what can turn them off, with participation in roleplay and delegates relating lessons learned back to their own businesses.
