Copper alloy/Iron – copper alloy double loop square (annular outer shape) buckle with an offset strap bar with the remains of the iron pin – pin has disintegrated and is in pieces inside the bag. Probably horse harness, dated mid 19th-mid 20th Century. Discovered by a metal detectorist on Pitgrudy Farm, Dornoch.
