Wall plaque made of cream coloured plastic with a central embossed symbolic winged figure astride a three-headed serpent; above this the motto "per Adua ad Astra" and beneath the inscription "War Savings Campaign 1945 presented by the Air Ministry in recognition of successful achievement in Wings for Victory Week" .
