Ericsson crystal radio set

Crystal radio set in wooden case with instructions. The case is marked Ericsson Beeston Notts on the top in red and gold paint, and BBC Type approved by Postmaster General on the front in gold and black. The case lid is fastened by a circular brass knob on the base which turns and catches a pin on the lid.

Instructions for use of the set are printed on paper and fixed inside the lid. The set itself is mounted on a metal plate fixed into the base.
