Correspondence concerning the use of Dornoch Airfield by Highland Airways Ltd. Twenty letters from July 1933 to August 1936. A letter of 16 Sep 33 from Highland Airways, asking for a note of the agreement the Highland Council was prepared to offer, has pencilled notes at the foot indicating "(1) Free landing facilities for 3 years. (2) The company operating in Inverness in opposition to this company between Inverness and Kirkwall only, is excluded from landing at Dornoch. (3) Half the cost of preparing landing grounds to be borne by the Coy." There is a response from Highland Airways Ltd of 21 August 1934 accepting and quoting the notes as constituting the agreement.
