I am the ‘author’ of this family history and now have documented origin of when John Forbes and his wife Christy Gunn emigrated from Proncycroy Farm, Dornoch, Sutherlandshire to Canada. Their names and that of their children are on the passenger list for the ship Cleopatra that left Cromarty in June, 1831 and arrived in Quebec, Canada 13 weeks later in September, 1831. They then made their way down to Zorra Township. I can send you the image of the passenger list with their names on it if you let me know which email to use to send the image.
