Colour photograph of the site of the Fourpenny Post Office at grid reference NH801941. The photograph was taken from the west, from the direction of Skelbo Muir, approaching the road junction at Fourpenny . The front of the extension used as the post office, attached at an angle to the main building, is largely overgrown, preventing a direct comparison viewpoint to photograph 2003.126.01. Nevertheless the continued existence and relative position of the outbuildings confirms the site. The roof of the extension, shown as corrugated iron in 1968, has been changed to slate, with the addition of guttering along the front side. The buildings and the site were undergoing renovation in May 2011.
