Achosnich watermill

Colour photo of site of mill lade at Achosnich watermill.
Viewed from the hill above Achosnich crofthouse, the Allt Loch Lannsaidh burn is seen in the foreground, while Mr James Mitchell stands on a mound which probably incorporated some form of diverting sluice to flood, or isolating the lade, which can be seen running straight along the near slope on the left-hand side, and turning sharply eastwards around this slope towards the mill site.

Picture Added on 24 April 2008.
