Chief Constable Ross behind with Provost McLeod, Mr Cowan Art teacher on right. Alison Urquhart on extreme right. I think the person with Queen Mother is J.O.F McKay the then leader for education on the Sutherland Council (Many thanks for the additional information - Administrator)
