Extract from the Northern Times 'From Our Old Files' published on 18 July 2014, with a report first published on July 14th 1989 recording the forthcoming unveiling of a window in Dornoch Cathedral by the Prince of Wales during the service to commemorate the 750th anniversary of the Cathedral. The second report records that athletes from 12 nations will gather at the first Embo 'Olympics' to mark the first anniversary of the 'Independent State of Embo'.
