Copper alloy – domed hollow button with an iron loop (complete) fitted into 2 small holes in reverse, 20th Century. Decorated with the Lion and Unicorn crest (English version). Typical of the Armed Services, General Service button worn on uniform tunics and greatcoats. Discovered by a metal detectorist on Pitgrudy Farm, Dornoch.
